- Update website as required using Weebly
- Create new website pages
- Create posters for club’s announcements
Farmers Market Coordinator
- Work with Event Chairperson to ensure Farmers Market operates smoothly
- Be present or organize volunteers to be present at the weekly market
- Allow vendors into the building at 7am
- Arrange tables the night before the event
- Clean up after event and return tables to the Bingo format
Chase the Ace Coordinator
- Work with Event Chairperson to ensure Chase the Ace operates smoothly
- Sell tickets and perform draw
- Provide sale details to Chairperson
Social Media Writer
- Prepare and post executive notices to Facebook
- Prepare and share engaging posts
Fun Run Coordinator
- Work with Event Chairperson to ensure event operates smoothly
- Be present at the event
- Organize and recruit volunteers
- Prepare registration bags (bibs, giveaways, and race info)
- Handle day of registration
Canteen & Bar Coordinator
- Work with Canteen & Bar Director
- Operate Bar & Canteen for club events
- Organize and direct volunteers
Vice President
- Chair meetings when President is not available
- Review policy and procedures
- Assist with vacant positions as required
- Provide an non bias approach to situations and meetings
Kids Activity Host (2 positions for 2 age groups; under 8 and 8+)
- Host planned kids’ activities
- Present new ideas to the Event Director
- Collect and remit payment (if applicable)
