Hi! My name is Nicole and I am a retired physiotherapist and registered yoga instructor (RYT200)
I am planning to offer yoga classes at the Whiteshell Curling Club (second floor) in Falcon Lake MB. If interest exceeds 12 spots, I will have access to the Whiteshell Community Club Gym.
Bring your own mat.

Classes will be Thursday am commencing June 3, 2021 until the end of August. (No class July 1)

930-1030 am (Beginner/Senior) This class is for new to yoga or 60+

1100-1200 am (Adult Beginner/Intermediate)
This class is if you have already attended some yoga practices. $10.00 drop-in

Pre-register for July/Aug (8 classes) $65.00 (no refunds)
All will be required to fill out PAR Q questionnaire and Liability Waiver form. Provincial Health Regulations apply (mask wearing mandatory and 6 feet distanced) These Regulations are subject to change.
